The chinese new year holidays are OVER! AH~ Next holiday will be like so so so so long!!!.have to wait till the march holidays, which will last me only one miserable week before the most exciting event of the month-BLOCK TEST ! =`( such a sad thing..

So after 3 days of tough visits and greetings, its time to announce the results of my Ang bao collection!!!
Drum rOlls* Dan dan Dan dannnnnnnn---- I actually Donno!?!

Well.. that is because while i went from house to house "gong xi fa cai-ing", I always ended up being conn by those entertainment business money minded freaks!... On day 2 i actually ended up with nothing!

This is wat i'v learn from day 2- Chinese new year is the time for those business man to rob every customer (especially me!) of their hand earned ang bao money. They will try ways and means to trick whoever gullible enough into emptying watever they have in their pockets including a compulsory need to open their ang bao collections in order NOT to be sent to the police station on a Chinese new year day. Y!? Instead of doing visitings, they decided to cut the ang bao spendings and swindle other cute littles singles =D of their ang bao money.. such crafty shits.

This was wat I did. Thanks to Glend hu suggested to go K box on a chinese new year day and CONFIRMED that the cost was about 12 dollars each, avery Meendy Justina Jansen and Me were tricked into going all the way to Suntec. YES and about suntec.. its like dam far from everything- my house, other ka raOk places and even the MRT! I had to walk such a long and tiring way before finally entering K box where we saw the most ridiculous and absurd thing ever! K box was like charging 28 dollars EACH person because its the great chinese new year. CAn u like imagine... its 12+1+1+1+1+.....+1+1+1+1=28. OMG! !!

We were all standing outside stucked. How are we going to go back?.. The MRT is another hundred years away and i'm not going to walk back ok.. we just came? Then Avery suggested we go to Katong, the most ULU place ever cause they charge by room and its ULU.. so by economics, demand will be lesser and price will go down since its an elastic curve. Yes so off we went in a cab towards Katong.

As soon as the cab stopped, there's this sudden rush where all three doors of the cab open and three ppl jumped out. Then left alone in the cab now, the person sitting in the middle back graciously took out his wallet and paid the 6 dollar plus cab fare.
After that the second most unlucky thing happened.. the place was closed!

Ah so we took our last resort to showcasting our brilliant voice. We went to party world! Crossed the bridge and took a bus back, passing suntec and into orchard where we walked across summerset MRT, pass Heran and down the escalator into party world. Its open! We looked at the package they had for chinese new year.. its 98 dollars for a room of five. This was reasonable since we had 6 ppl =D OK so we took it and spent our remaining 4-5 hours in the room making noise. Oh and jansen the great SOLOIST sang tong hua for everyone... HAha Avery and meendy had their fair share of glamour, having sang countless duets together wonderfully. Such a sweet couple!! =D

Then comes the paying part. U know at the end the 98++ bill became a $148.60! We had each needed to buy a compulsory drink of bubble tea which actually cost $8.50 a cup. Ever seen such a price tag on some cup filled with water boiled in tea leaves with some flavoured syrup added before? On top of that we had to pay for ORANGES that no one had even took notice of throughout the whole KaraOk time. They actually cost 2 dollars each and we had 4 oranges. So JUstina had to bring home those oranges after we played catch with it just before the guy chase us out of the room politely. How can we leave those stuff behind after actually paying 8 dollars. Yes and there's still the wet tissue which I donno for wat reason were given to us and required an obvious high price which is sadly also included in the bill.

There goes my ang bao money :(
And i still had to take a cab home with lots of mid night charge.
